Because in the plans is his serious development, at first I decided to mark the boundaries of my possessions. In other words, build a city. One side, allowed to speak, was already ready - in the form of a neighbor's wooden fence. The edges of the border were about 120 m. I decided that above the city is also quite woody, so that, according to the style, it was connected with the neighboring fence and made a single structure with it.

This city I tried to build, it turned out pretty close to the initial standard. To all other things, 2 gates and automatic sliding gates were added to the fencing order.
Used materials
In the process of construction were involved:
Unedged board (length 3 m, width 0.24-0.26 m, thickness 20 mm) - for the sake of skinning
profile pipe (cross section 60х40х3000 mm), edging board (length 2 m, width 0,15 m, thickness 30 mm), pieces of fittings (length 20 cm) - for the sake of bricks
edged board (2 m long, 0.1 m wide, 20 mm thick) - for vertical racks
dark suit for metal protection and antiseptic for the sake of woody species
Furniture bolts (diameter 6 mm, length 130 mm), washers, nuts, screws
cement, crushed stone, dust, roofing material - for the concreting of columns
grinding papyrus, unit 40;
mounting foam.
Speech 1. Preparing boards
I started with the processing of boards for the sake of flying. Corus from the sides shovel, and then, armed with a grinder and a grinding head, appropriated irregularly wavy bands to the edges. The sandpaper was used with a grain size of 40, if you take less - it is washed and torn. In order to provide a smooth appearance, polished also boards for the sake of columns and vertical racks.
The ground boards were treated with Dufa antiseptic, teak paint. Antiseptic for the aqua base, has a non-aqueous consistency, before stirring is similar to gel. For the sake of the merit of a rich color, it's enough to apply the amount in 2 layers, I did this with a 10 cm wide brush. It dries out, it forms a rather dense film in 1-2 hours. Speech 2. Assembling columns
The base of the columns is profile pipes according to 3 m, with 2 sides lined with boards for 2 m. To be installed, their lower part for 70 cm is quite submerged in concrete. In order to better connect the metal with concrete, I welded to each pipe 2 pieces of reinforcement 20 cm - for a distance of 10 cm and 60 cm across the edges. The length of reinforcing bars in 20 cm is justified by the planned diameter of the holes 25 cm. and 60 cm) - the necessity of locating reinforcing parts for a distance of 10 cm through the edges of the concrete"sleeve"(height of 70 cm).
The pipes were painted in 2 layers, and their ends are blown up by mounting foam. Naturally, the foam is a fleeting variation of the waterproofing. I think I'll find suitable stubs (in the shops I see, plastic are sold), I'll put them.
In the posts, drilled in accordance with the 3 holes from the top - for a distance of 10 cm, 100 cm and 190 cm. Through these holes fixed the shell of the posts - according to 2 boards for each pipe. For the assembly used furniture bolts. Between the inner sides of the fixed boards an interval of 6 cm. Speech 3. Drilling holes
Follow-up - drilling holes for the installation of columns. Before, the markup was done. I pulled a rope about the boundary of the site and poked the pegs into the ground every 3 m - these are the points of the drilling sites.
Because I did not have a drill, and I was not able to take it out of my hand, I preferred to hire a team with the necessary equipment for this. Because of the day, 40 holes, 25 cm in diameter, were drilled. Because at times the knives of the drill rested against a very hard rock, the abyss of the holes turned out to be unequal - 110 cm before 150 cm. Later, the heterogeneity is smoothed out with gravel. Two trenches were also dug, connecting previously drilled wells. One of the trenches is needed near the crossbar of the sliding gates, and the other - near the bar (channel) of the roller bearings.
Speech 4. Installation of columns and their concreting
For the bottom of all the holes fell asleep ASG, thanks to this padding equalized their depth before 90 cm. Installed in their ruberoid sleeves. A single column, lowering into the sleeve, lifted the holes for 20 cm above the bottom. Without a break, 40 columns stood for their own places and were firmly fixed. Then I proceeded to luminaire.

sawed the end so that the length of the board was 1 cm shorter than the gap between the columns.
Treated the cut with an antiseptic.
Inserted a board between the wood trim of the columns, fixed it with clamps. The gap between the ground and the bottom board is 5 cm.
Fixed the board with screws, screwing them from the inside, at a small angle. I used two screws each from each edge of the board.
Determine the middle of the board and set the vertical stand unconsciously in the center so that it does not touch the ground. Fastened the rack with two self-screws screwed into the high edge of the board.
Set and fixed the second board, on top of the first board and the vertical rack. With all this, the screws with which the vertical stick is held turned out to be blocked by this 2nd board
He also secured the third and other boards of the lumen in the same way
The following lumens were sewn in the same way.
Then the third lumen began to develop abilities. If the beginning, before fixing the board, I infinitely exposed it according to the horizontal, then later I finished it. It was enough to retreat for 3-4 m, in order to see, seem to be established all the time or not. Also, I did not pull the rope from above to check the verticality of the central pillar. Speech 6. Assembling the gate
Izza site is a pine forest. In order to be able to freely go there, I was going to make a gate in the fence. Bezvyezdno left almost by itself. By lining the gaps, I reached the place of the planned gate. Then measured, made a wooden frame, fastening the boards with metal corners.
Sash the frame with boards. A door came out. Because it is not uncommon to use a wicket, I hung the door for a costly loop. I decided not to evaluate the pen. It is not very necessary here. The door is allowed to start and close, simply grabbing it from one and a board. The lack of a handle for the gate, makes it virtually inconspicuous for the general background of the fence.

Columns near the gate I made stronger than the ordinary ordinary. I took for this 2 pipes according to 4 m (2 m near the ground, 2 m from the top) with a cross section of 100x100 mm, connected them with a 4 m crossbar. An n-shaped structure appeared which I installed in a well prepared pit. Then he made the wiring for the sake of controlling the gate.
Apart from the pillars, a mortgage was installed for the sake of the rollers. A two-meter channel 20 was used, for which the bars of the armature are welded. In addition, in the center of this channel, there is welded a piece of the same channel with an opening for the sake of drawing wires to the drive.
The legs of the n-shaped structure were concreted in front of the crossbeams and filled with ASG with the imminent ramming. I made the jamb an ordinary log, it turned out very tightly, until now nothing has sunk.
I fixed the fixed posts with boards, like the pillars of spans. The posts near the gate were also protected by boards

The next protrusion is the assembly of the gate adjacent to the gate. Pillars for her were already ready, some of them - a log for the gates, another - a log for the sake of a gleam. The dimensions of the gate are 200x100 cm. I did not make any slats, not counting the welded internal profile 20x20 mm. Before installing the gate, I took off the wood planks of the plating from the post, then fixed them again with the grooves cut out for the sake of loops.
The metal of the gate and the gate I sanded, and then painted with dark paint, the same one that was used for the columns of spans.
All the way to the end was to install the device around the sliding gate. I braked for the furniture through the company Alutech. The city is quite light, and its sail is not large, thanks to the gaps between the boards in the gaps. Pillars are perfectly retained in concrete, frost heaving is not observed. And, the very essence, such a city fits perfectly into the look of the village in the forest.
